Douglas L. Fowler Sr., 89, of Kirby Pines, formerly of Dyersburg, died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008. He was longtime employee of J.M. Collins in Dyersburg, a member of Dyersburg First United Methodist Church and a U.S. Navy veteran. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg. Family Funeral Care is in charge of arrangements...
