County committee approves budget transfers

The Dyer County Commission's Transportation Committee approved three budget transfers Monday evening. The first transfer moves $150,000 from the undesignated fund balance to hot mix. The transfer is large enough to pay for the hot-mix asphalt the county has already used and would leave more than $50,000 available for work next year.
