Timothy Hayes, 46, of Ridgely, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a sergeant with Northwest Correctional Complex and a Baptist. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Wynnburg Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Byassee officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements...

Dyersburg splits season-opening games against Munford

After competing in Hall of Fame contests last week against Humboldt, the DHS Trojan and Lady Trojan basketball squads officially began the season Monday night on the road against Munford.
