A multimillion-dollar lawsuit has been dismissed against Dyersburg Fabrics. Seven individuals sued the company in 2007 after a fire at the Dyersburg Fabrics building allegedly released "noxious chemicals, fire, soot and smoke." On Friday, Jan. 23, Terry Ledbetter's resignation from his position as chief of the Dyersburg Police Department took effect. On Monday, Jan. 5, Ledbetter, was suspended from his employment duties as Chief of Police by Mayor John Holden.
