A late-January ice storm cost the Dyer County Highway Department an estimated $65,000 to $70,000 in de-icing and cleanup costs. City Board approves refinancing bonds, bank switch

The Dyersburg City Board approved two resolutions and the city attorney's bill before starting aldermen reports at its regular meeting on Monday evening. Finance Committee Chairman Lewis Norman moved to approve a resolution to refinance two revenue bonds for the water and sewer department in an amount not to exceed $8,650,000.
