Bruce program one of eight recognized nationally

The city of Dyersburg was recently honored by the National League of Cities' National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials as a runner-up in the 2009 Cultural Diversity Awards. The only community in Tennessee honored, Dyersburg was recognized for Bruce Extended School Team's Taking Back Our Community program.
