A 43-year-old man was sentenced to four and a half years in prison for selling less than half a gram of cocaine. James Edward White, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to the charge March 10 in Dyer County Circuit Court. In addition to the prison sentence, he was ordered to pay $155 restitution to the Dyersburg Police Department's narcotics unit. He also was fined $3,000, but the fine was suspended...
