Mo. woman arrested after one-car crash, asks deputies to turn car over so she can drive home

Early Tuesday morning, a one-car crash on Highway 412 led to the arrest of a 29-year-old Caruthersville, Mo. woman. The accident occurred about a mile and a half inside the county near Lennie Clark Road on 412.
