2010 Census return rates increasing

Dyersburg, Newbern and Trimble are steadily increasing their return rates for the 2010 Census. As of Tuesday, April 6, the city of Dyersburg had a return rate of 64 percent, which is a 21 percent increase from the 43 percent return rate on March 29.
