E-911 board to vote on contracts for 911 system upgrade and storage building

The Dyer County E-911 Board received two bids last month for construction of their new storage facility for the mobile 911 trailer. The bids were from Fisher Construction of Milan and Universal Construction located in Union City. Fisher Construction had the low bid of $186,000 for the building, $33,000 for paving and $9,000 for site preparation for a total of $228,000.
