Victim suffers burns in possible meth lab explosion

Dyersburg police and firefighters are investigating a fire that is believed to have been caused by an alleged meth lab explosion, which left one person severely burned. The fire was reported at approximately 10:08 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, when a call came in about a house fire at 1112 Gail St. Dyersburg Fire Chief Bob Veal said the kitchen and a hallway of the residence were on fire when units arrived on the scene, but they were quickly able to extinguish the flames...

Former Dyer County sheriff arrested on federal charge
