Charges dismissed against man linked to double murder

An appeals court dismissed charges against a Dyersburg man convicted of facilitating two murders and participating in an especially aggravated robbery. Cedric Lamar "Big Bo" Moses, 33, will not be immediately released from the West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning. His current sentence on a cocaine charge expires July 27, 2015. He also must serve a consecutive sentence on a failure to appear conviction, according to the Tennessee Department of Correction...
