Ralph "Shorty" Balthrop, age 74, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at Dyersburg Manor in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mr. Balthrop will be Friday, January 27, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home, with Mr. Jerry Leach and Mr. David Spence officiating. Walk Across Tennessee kicks off 2012 trek
