Madison Butler, Miss Dyersburg 2012, received a non-finalists outstanding merit award during the Miss Tennessee Scholarship pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson on June 19-23, 2012. County school board gives OK for $500,000 DCHS theater project
