The half-hour segment airs on WLJT Ch. 11 on Sunday at 3 p.m. Michael Ballard is the owner of Full Throttle Saloon in Sturgis, S.D. and is a lifelong resident of Dyer County. He and his wife appear in the 'Full Throttle Saloon' reality television series on the truTV network. The Ballards discuss the filming of their reality series and also how they first met. Covington man charged in murder of Ripley store clerk

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a Covington man on Friday, Dec. 14, and charged him with the murder of a store clerk in Ripley, Tenn. for shooting him to death last month. Kevin Grandberry, 35, was charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of especially aggravated robbery. According to the TBI, on Nov. 14, Grandberry entered a gas station at 2148 Highway 51 South in Ripley and shot the store clerk, 38-year-old Deepal Patel...

Undercover drug sting nets almost 40 arrests

Thursday morning, a multi-agency operation rounded up suspects that were secretly indicted by the Dyer County Grad Jury this week. The charges were the result of an undercover drug operation performed by the Dyersburg Police Department. Sheriff Box responds to Conn. shootings

In light of Friday's school shooting in Connecticut, Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box is urging citizens to be vigilant, and to always report suspicious behavior.
