IRVINE, Calif. -- In a plea agreement, Dyersburg resident Rebecca Rhea Moore was sentenced to 13 years and 4 months in a California prison on Thursday, Feb. 7, after she was arrested last October for embezzling $1.7 million from her California employer Miller Contracting Company over an eight-year period.
