City secures $900,000 grant to renovate Southtown

The city of Dyersburg has done it again. Dyersburg Mayor John Holden was informed earlier this month that Gov. Bill Haslam has approved funding the city for a Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $910,664 for improvements in the Southtown area of Dyersburg.
