Kidnapping suspect tops list of April grand jury indictments

The Dyer County Grand Jury met this week and handed down indictments for 62 defendants. This does not count the number of secret indictments that were issued. Topping the list of indictments is 20-year-old James Alexander Weaver, 1711 Johnson St., Dyersburg, Tenn., who was indicted for especially aggravated kidnapping. Weaver is being held in the Dyer County Jail in lieu of a $1.5 million bond for the charge...
