Leonard Edward Blalock, 88, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired self-employed painter, member of Middle City Church of Jesus Christ and a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII.
