Dyersburg Police arrested a man on Sunday who allegedly tried to get an underage girl to send him a nude photo of herself on a cell phone. Jacob Bevis, 31, 1518 East Wheeler St., Dyersburg, Tenn., is charged with solicitation of a minor.
