Woman charged with two counts of statutory rape

A 36-year-old woman was indicted by the Dyer County Grand Jury this month for the alleged statutory rape of 15-year-old boy. Wendy Bargery, 36, Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for two counts of aggravated statutory rape. According to the Dyer County Circuit Court indictment, Bargery had sexual intercourse with a teenage boy once at a barn on Rambo Road in September of 2012 and another time inside a house on Burch Road in July 2013...
