Newbern Depot Christmas event is Sunday

The Newbern Depot Museum will host a Christmas event on Sunday, Dec. 14, from 1-4 p.m., featuring live Christmas music by the Newbern Community Church, refreshments, model trains around Christmas decorations (including Thomas the Tank Engine), and Santa, from 2-4 pm. The event is free. The museum will also be open for the decorations and trains only on the evening of Friday, Dec. 19, from 6-8 pm. This will be the final showing of the Christmas trains this year.
