Judge sets hearing date to address motion made for Beau

A hearing has been set to hear the motion filed by Attorney Bill Edwards to vacate the judgment of dismissal of declaratory judgment involving Beau on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 4 p.m. in City Court. In mid-October of 2014, the story of Beau, the nearly 3-year-old mixed-breed dog in the center of worldwide controversy, began with a plea from his owner, Danny Higgins.
