Benefit planned for DMS teacher Alley

The investigation involving several law enforcement offices is still inconclusive one month since an incident first occurred on Feb. 5, 2015 involving a high-speed car chase and shooting on Hwy. 412. A few new findings have developed; however, there is still a lot left unsaid involving the roles of the Newbern Police Department and pending charges against Eric Echols, 25, 81 Sanders St., Friendship, Tenn., the driver of a 2005 Dodge Magnum that fled from the McDonald's parking lot in Newbern on the day of the incident.. ...
