Dyersburg Municipal to host youth golf program beginning in June

Gammons promoted to lieutenant colonel, assumes command of 168th MP Battalion

A Dyersburg man was recently promoted to be commander of the 168th Military Police Battalion of the Tennessee Army National Guard. Richie Gammons was recognized during a Pinning and Change of Command Ceremony on May 22 in Lavinia. "My ultimate goal was to command the 168th Military Police Battalion in Dyersburg," Gammons said.
