Summer Bridge Program slated for TN Promise students at DSCC

Dyersburg State Community College will offer a free three-week Summer Bridge Program to help freshmen strengthen their academic skills and feel better prepared for college. Rolling Meadows holds annual 4th of July parade

The Rolling Meadows neighborhood, located in Dyersburg, held its 41st annual parade on July 4. The parade this year was in honor of the late Frank Burnett, who passed away suddenly on April 9. Burnett always played a large role in the parade and enjoyed seeing his children and grandchildren participate every year. Pictured above are some scenes from the parade including Burnett's grandchildren, Jack and Caroline Corley of Brentwood, with the new parade sign.
