Teams from all over West Tennessee converged on J.C. Sawyers Stadium on Tuesday for the start of the Dyersburg Trojan Football 7-on-7 and Lineman Challenge event. The event continues today beginning at 9 a.m. Above, Deashun Fields eyes the ball before making a catch against Waverly.

Bradford Allen Brewer, III, 72, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 at his residence. He was a retired UPS Driver, where he worked for 33 years and was an auto transporter for Rick Hill Nissan. Allen was a member of the Forked Deer Antique Car Club, an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed guitar and blue grass music. He enjoyed sailing in the gulf and was a long time accomplished musician...

2-car collision slows down traffic on 51 Bypass
