Ernest "Ernie" Ralph Harmsen, Jr., 62, of Dyersburg, formerly of Racine, Wis., went peacefully home to be with the Lord Saturday, August 16, 2015 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Ernie was born in Racine, Wis. on December 5, 1952 to the late Ernest Sr. and Bernice (nee: Hoffman) Harmsen. He proudly served in the United States Army, was employed over 30 years at J.1 Case Company, and was a Union member of Local 180. Trimble mayor resigns, cites health reasons
