Lady Choctaws celebrate Senior Night with sweep of Kennett

Dyer County High School honored the senior members of the Lady Choctaw volleyball team on Thursday night with a pregame ceremony before their last regular season match with Kennett. The Lady Choctaws swept Kennett in straight sets 25-20, 25-13 and 25-21. Senior members of the team honored were (from left) Katelyn Marbry, Janie Kay Gentry, head coach Jennifer Ray, Anna Claire Garett and Alexyss Lange.

Tennova Healthcare celebrates with DCHS fans

Tennova Healthcare hosted a tailgate on Sept. 25 at Dyer County High School to celebrate expanding its presence to West Tennessee and growing to one of the state's largest networks. At the event, the health network made a donation to Dyer County High School. Attendees met members of the Tennova Healthcare -- Dyersburg Regional staff on hand to give away branded megaphones, drink coolies, and a tailgate prize pack.
