Pictured above, Bus Stop manager and culinary maestro Eric Moore is seen preparing a couple of demonstration salads using fresh blackberries, blueberries, and tomatoes from the Farmers Market. Moore, who has been anticipating the opening of this year's market for quite some time now, was more than eager to begin using the market's wide variety of fruits and vegetables for Bus Stop favorites like the summer salad (left) and tomato salad (right), which Moore proclaims are a huge hit among locals. With a desire to support local small business, while also providing his customers with a selection of menu items that are made with the only the best and freshest of ingredients, Moore has been frequenting the market since its opening in early June, making bi-weekly purchases of fresh produce and fruits to be used daily in the downtown restaurant. 'I love supporting small business, and I love the markets selection of fresh produce!' exclaimed Eric Moore, executive chef of the Bus Stop restaurant.
