Reelfoot NWR to host free eagle tours in January, February

The Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge will be conducting free eagle tours in January and February on Wednesdays through Saturdays. Tour times are 8 a.m. and noon with each tour lasting 2-3 hours in duration. Reservations are required due to limited space. A party of five or less may be taken per time slot. Dyersburg family displays 3,800-piece Santa collection

When the couple, along with their children Amber and C.J., decorates for the holidays, they go all out. Fyrne Lake partners with city of Dyersburg for Christmas tree recycling

Artwork created by 13-year-old student auctioned off for $10,000

Recently, a piece of artwork designed and created by one of Dyer County’s own young adults, was auctioned off for an astounding $10,000, funds which will now go toward the benefit of Central Alabama KIDZ Outdoors, an organization designed to provide children with disabilities and childhood diseases with an opportunity to experience outdoor hunting, fishing, and shooting activities.
