Trimble police chief terminated for failure to comply with protocol

Late Monday afternoon a large crowd of residents assembled at Trimble City Hall for the appeal hearing of former Trimble Police Chief Don Curry, who was terminated effective April 7 by Trimble Mayor Jon McFarland, for failure to follow proper protocol when addressing a ‘domestic’ call, which, in turn, resulted in the injury of two Dyer County residents.
