The population at the Shelter is gradually decreasing, but we still have a lot of cats and kittens. Some of these felines have been at the Shelter a long time. Give yourself a chance to experience the love of a cat by adopting one. If you have a cat, please have it neutered/spayed to avoid more over-population. Frantic fourth quarter gives Three Oaks second straight win

Despite getting down by 10 points during the third quarter, the Three Oaks Choctaws rallied in the final eight minutes, scoring three times in the fourth quarter on their way to a 36-30 win over Halls on Tuesday night at Three Oaks Middle School.

Dyer County Fair hosts Special Needs Day

The Dyer County Fair hosted Special Needs Day on Wednesday from 9-11 a.m., opening a few hours for special needs people in the community – at no cost. Special needs students from area school systems participated in the day, with assistance from their teachers, middle school and high school leadership members, and community volunteers.
