Former city employee charged with aggravated assault

Former City of Dyersburg employee, Brian Keith Lucius, of 103 Cedar St. in Friendship, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault by Dyersburg police after an incident that occurred on Aug. 5, 2017. The incident, a fight, took place at Tapp’d, located at 2695 Lake Rd. at 2:39 a.m.
