Sawyers Stadium tonight, the winner may get more than bragging rights as the standings of Region 7-4A are not set in stone for the Trojans and Cavaliers as well as Haywood and Obion County Central, who meet in Troy.

Sheriff’s Office investigates shooting threat at DCHS

Early Wednesday afternoon, the Dyer County Sheriff's Department and Dyer County High School officials became alerted to an anonymous posting on Dyersburg Topix which referenced a school shooting to occur at Dyer County High School. Since the time of the posting, multiple juvenile suspects have been brought in for questioning by the Sheriff's Office.
