DPD Street Task Force earns FBI Director’s Award

Occurring in Jackson on Monday, Oct. 1, members of the Dyersburg Police Department Street Crimes Unit and FBI Safe Streets Task Force were recognized for their efforts in a case conducted in 2016. The FBI presented DPD and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force the organization’s Director’s Award for their work on ‘Operation Pajama Party’, which sent numerous drug dealers in the area behind bars.
