Thousands take part in annual Life Maze event

Local Special Olympic athletes enjoy bowling competition

On Friday, Oct. 13 and 20, local Special Olympic athletes gathered together for friendly competition at JC Bowling Lanes in Dyersburg. The 13th marked competition for Dyersburg and Dyer County high schools, while the 20th was reserved for middle school and elementary children. With smiles on their faces, the athletes used a variety of techniques to knock down the pins, all while having fun.
