Over 100 young sportsmen and women from across the state of Tennessee will convene in Dyersburg this weekend for the 11th annual Davis P. Rice Memorial Youth Waterfowl Hunt. The invitation-only event, which has been located in Dyersburg since its inception, is known as one of the largest youth waterfowl hunts in the United States.
