Larry Odell Carter was born October 26, 1928 to Clarence Odell Carter and Rosa Mai Willis Carter in the Glendale community of Dyer County. He departed this earthly life for his eternal life on February 15, 2019. Growing up on a farm, Larry learned the meaning of hard work at an early age.
