Special Needs Day celebrated at Dyer County Fair

On Wednesday, the Dyer County Fair hosted Special Needs Day from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., opening a few hours for special needs people in the community and surrounding area free of charge. Hundreds of special needs students from Dyer County and Dyersburg City Schools, along with students surrounding counties, and special needs adults participated in the day’s activities with assistance from teachers, middle and high school leadership members, and community volunteers.
