According to the National Council on Aging, 3 out of 5 older Americans who qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps) are missing out on this benefit. Life Maze to begin Oct. 22, community night set for Oct. 23

For the seventh consecutive year, the Life Choices Medical Clinic Prevention Team, along with help from many local businesses, organizations, and community volunteers, will join together to conduct the Life Maze, which teaches area youth of real-life results for their actions. Life Maze is scheduled to occur Tuesday, October 22 – Friday, October 25, with the annual Community Night taking place on Wednesday, October 23 from 6-8 p.m., at the Lannom Center in Dyersburg.

Library receives technology grant
