Dyer County COVID-19 update for August 26

With the release of the Tennessee Department of Health’s (TDH) daily COVID-19 update on Wednesday, the department reported Dyer County as having 887 total COVID-19 cases, which contains confirmed and probable cases, as well as 403 active cases and 475 recoveries. The total number of deaths in the county due to the virus remained at 9.

With the game tied at one set apiece on Tuesday evening in the Terry Glover Gymnasium and trailing by as much as eight against Chester County, the Lady Trojans battled back in the third frame, rallying to take the third set by two points which helped propel them to a four-set victory over the Eaglettes.
