NPD seeks theft, vandalism suspects

The Newbern Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is seeking help in locating two individuals identified as suspects in the recent theft of two trailers and vandalism, occurring on April 5 at a local business. According to NPD, during the course of the investigation information and evidence collected indicated David Armstrong, 35, and Homer Hawks, 39, both of Dyersburg, as the suspects.
