On April 12, the Dyer County Grand Jury issued indictments on four individuals following an investigation, conducted by the Newbern Police Department, relating to multiple vehicle burglaries occurring between October 2020 and November 2020. Warrants issued for man accused of Newbern catalytic converter thefts
