Trick-or-treating events scheduled in the Dyer County area

On Sunday, Oct. 31, many in Dyer County will be gearing up for various Halloween activities. For trick-or-treating, participating community members are asked to join in the festivities as Dyersburg’s event will occur downtown from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., while Trimble’s Trunk-or-Treat, taking place around Parks Plaza, is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. Newbern’s downtown fall festival events are set from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., with Trick-or-Treating occurring from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. As always, parents should accompany children for these events.
