Dyersburg man arrested on aggravated kidnapping, assault charges

On Thursday, the Dyersburg Police Department arrested a local man accused of assaulting and kidnapping a woman at gunpoint. Charles Stanphill, 67, of Dyersburg was taken into custody on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.

DSCC receives $1.2M grant for surgical technology program
