Trojan Drama’s presentation of ‘Charlotte’s Web’ begins Thursday night

The curtain will rise for the Dyersburg High School Trojan Drama production of ‘Charlotte’s Web’, adapted by Joseph Robinette and based on the book by E.B. White, Thursday night at 7. In addition, the show will also be presented Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m., and Monday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. All showings will occur in the newly renovated Dyersburg High School Little Theater. Tickets are $6 for adults, and children under five will receive free admission. All tickets will be sold at the door.

Dyersburg School Board approves ’23-24 calendar, reviews policies

The Dyersburg City School Board convened Monday evening at the Central Office to review items of new business and changes in policies. Board members ultimately approved the 2023-2024 school calendar and updated the Promotion and Retention Policy, due to a new state law.
