Bethel senior plays a non-traditional path through studies

Emilee McLean, a Pre-Professional Health senior at Bethel University is preparing to graduate in May. Born in 2001, and raised in Newbern, McLean is a Dyer County High graduate of 2019. She described interests in the laboratory setting, research, and, especially her passion for playing the banjo. McLean recalled the day she became interested in the banjo. Since that day, her educational career has been paired with her investment to the instrument. Through the years she maintained focus in her grades and ability to play the banjo.
