The TCCAA’s top two teams met on Sunday in Dyersburg and it was the home team who came out on top in both games of the conference doubleheader. The Eagles battled the Senators back and forth in the opening game, scoring in their final at bat before holding Walters State in the final frame to take the 3-2 win. DCHS JROTC 5K Walk/Run raises funds supporting Dyer County Rescue Squad

On Saturday, April 22, the DCHS JROTC hosted a 5K Walk/Run in support of the Dyer County Rescue Squad. The event welcomed a crowd of supporters and student cadets, as well as members of the Rescue Squad. This event marked the first 5K hosted by the DCHS JROTC and was spearheaded by third-year JROTC cadet Nikki Curtis. LTC (Ret.) Tony Lacy and SFC (Ret.) Nickey Cantrell thanked everyone in attendance and all those supporting this year’s JROTC Service Project.
