Transportation Committee discusses 2023-24-budget

The Dyer County Transportation Department convened Monday, May 1, at 4:30 p.m. to discuss the 2023-24 budget. The budget reflected total estimated expenditures of $7,851,117 and total estimated revenues of $5,526,572, with a projected shortfall of $2,324,545 that will come out of the department’s current Fund Balance of $5,317,467. This will leave $2,992,922 remaining in the Fund Balance.
